We were put up in this privately-run hotel as officials at a sailing event in Loctudy. The hotel is an older property in Loctudy's short main street, with on-road parking that was never a problem to find in holiday July (plus free parking in a nearby square). Downstairs, there is an extensive lounge and bar area. Breakfast is the usual French fare, but including proper croissants. It normally starts at 08:00, but could be earlier by arrangement. There is free room wifi (the owner said that coverage was a bit patchy - but we had no problems).
Loctudy was a generally quite place when we were there. Our room was at the front of the building. There was some street noise mainly from those leaving bars and restaurants - but the worst problem was the seagull dawn chorus (04:00 in July). You could shut the double-glazed window, but, without aircon, that had its own issues in a heatwave.
Several good restaurants are within a few yards.

A small hotel just 50 metres from a small but busy fishing port and under excellent ownership. Room was well decorated, clean and very quiet. Good breakfast . The owner was also a great source of local information. Comfortable lounge and small friendly bar. Restaurants in walking distance. Would not hesitate to return.

Our room was on the second floor, looking obliquely out to the harbour. It was quiet, simple and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with good linen. The bathroom was unmodernised but provided everything we needed for one night. The owners were friendly, helpful and well-travelled, with excellent English. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A very pleasant stay in an arty building.
